Places and containers
Everything in Placeful lives somewhere. Places nest the way your home does: rooms hold shelves and closets, and those hold boxes and drawers. A thing’s card always knows its place, and the place always knows its things.
The Inbox
Section titled “The Inbox”Anything you capture without filing lands in the Inbox. It is a holding area, and there is no penalty for letting it pile up. File things when you feel like sorting; search finds them either way.
Covers
Section titled “Covers”A place can wear a photo. Give the hallway closet its own cover and the place becomes recognizable at a glance, the way it looks in real life.
Counts
Section titled “Counts”Each place shows how many things live inside it, including everything nested below. Watching a junk drawer’s count drop after a review session is one of the app’s quiet pleasures.
